The Coordinated Career Pathways program gives each participant a guided opportunity to explore their career goals. Every person begins with a meeting with their Career Pathway Navigator, who learns about their interests, goals, and strengths.

Referral and Eligibility

Ask your Service Coordinator to submit a referral to Maxima Therapy for the program you wish to enroll in. Next, our team will contact you to gather information, review your needs, and complete the intake process.
